    PTFE waterproof and breathable membranes are a new type of waterproof and breathable material. BlueTech Filtration’s waterproof membrane materials offer three key functions:

    Waterproofing: The PTFE waterproof and breathable membrane features micropores ranging from 0.1 to 1.0 microns—pore sizes that are 10,000 times smaller than water droplets—effectively preventing moisture from passing through. This provides superior protection for sensitive components, safeguards against liquid intrusion, and significantly extends the product’s service life.

    Breathability: The PTFE waterproof and breathable membrane has micropores with pore sizes 700 times larger than those of water vapor. While providing waterproof protection, it allows air to pass through smoothly, effectively dissipating heat, preventing condensation on the inner surface of the product, and balancing the air pressure between the inside and outside.

    Dust-proof: The PTFE waterproof and breathable membrane features a mesh-like three-dimensional structure with uniformly dense micropores.
